I participated in another 'Limited Supply' challenge and I did it right this time! Hooray for me!! :) Here's the cute little 3x3 card that I came up with. One of the challenge rules was to use scraps of paper. I have TONS of scraps leftover from all my past FunShops and classes. They are just the right size to add a splash of color to a project.

It is AMAZING what you can do with scraps! Me, I gave them all to my DD, lol. I love this little card! What did you color the balloon with??
