A friend of mine was browsing through the Christmas cards over in the
Paper Wings gallery and came across this cute Christmas card by fellow TAC Angel,
Carol H. I got the ok from Carol to 'case' the card and my friend commissioned me to make 50. I had fun using the snowflake Cuttlebug embossing folder. I actually put my mom to work on the embossing. :) I think she had fun using the machine. (Thanks for the help, Mom!) My card has fewer embellishments than Carols because my friend lives in Japan and needs things to lay pretty flat in the envelopes. (Click on Carol's name above to see her card.)
I also tried this card in another color combo. The first picture below is the color scheme Carol used and the second picture is the new color combo. What do you think?
Supplies for first card-
Red and green Bazzill cardstock
white cardstock
silver embossing powder
VersaMark
White Brilliance Ink
pop dots
(Striped paper - Ribbon Candy, Blitzen line by Basic Grey)

Hi Sarah! I couldn't find Carol's card, you might check the link? But I love yours! And 50 of them?! You go girl, good for you!!!
Yep! Please check the link so I can see which of Carol's cards you CASEd. ;-)
I REALLY love the first card's color combo--fun and refreshing. The second one is pretty, but I REALLY like the first...
Nice job!
Thanks for sharing! Your cards turned out beautiful and I needed to go back and forward to find the differences.
Your second card... well, I don't like it how red and blue go along together, now, two shades of blue... that would have been different. I love the blue/silver color combo!
gorgeous ,
love the colour combo!!
Holy Cow! You've been busy! Great designs!
