Willoughby Mini Album

I designed this mini album for an upcoming FunShop. I used one of TAC's new paper collections - Willoughby . I just love the greens and browns!!

This is a three page coaster album and it was bound with 1/2 inch wire. The pages above show my sister, Samantha, and my brother, Scott, and his wife, Melissa. I placed a handmade pocket under Scott and Melissa's picture. It's a fun way to tuck away a little journaling.

Matchbook Notepad

This is a matchbook notepad that I made to demonstrate at my March FunShops. My matchbook was cut and scored the same as the matchbook in this post. The name of the stamp set I used is Enchanted Florals.

The stamps are all open and I used a black pen to color in different areas. I love how it looks on the red cardstock.

I placed a few pieces of white typing paper inside the matchbook. I used my perforator blade to perforate each page for easy tearing. I thing it would have been difficult to tear out otherwise.

Supplies:
Enchanted Florals
black pen
red textured cardstock
black ribbon
stapler
Scor-Pal
white typing paper

Note Holder

This note holder was inspired by a project called Tuttie Frutti 'You've Got Mail' Door Hangar. You can view the project here at TAC's new blog- Savvy Projects.

The original project used sheer scalloped coasters, but I only had regular coasters on hand. I'm very happy with the finished product. There is ribbon on both sides and that really makes it look like a cute little purse.

My note cards are constructed from 9" x-2 1/2" pieces of cardstock. Laying the cardstock lengthwise, I scored at 3-1/8" and 8". Instead of using staples as my closure, I used a diecut flower and an eyelet. It worked out pretty well.

I'll be using this project at my FunShops this weekend. I'm hoping it'll be a big hit!

Supplies:
Juliette SWIC paper
Juliette Florals
Tag Tidbits
misc. eyelets, ribbon, 4x4 coasters, flower and bookplate die
Juneberry Bazzill cardstock
misc. cream and brown cardstock
Wheat VersaMagic ink
Burnt Umber Palette Ink

New Creations

Check out this fun little 3x3 notecard! I finally cut into my pack of Toodle Loo paper. I layered a couple of the patterned pieces of paper on to 'Sunbeam' Bazzill cardstock. I think the green flower really ties everything together. This will be a little side project at a FunShop I'm demonstrating at tomorrow. I think the ladies will like it.

I just had to make another notepad with my BIA. That little machine is addictive!

FUNshop Projects

I'm having a FUNshop this Sunday and these are two of the projects we'll be making. The card with the cute little chick is an original design, but the Christmas card was inspired by Heather Gilbert. I came across her card in the gallery on the SCS site and asked her for permission to use her design. I think this card is the perfect way to show case one of my favorite TAC stamps sets, 'Circle Sampler'.

Supplies:

Chick Card

'Pool' and 'Juneberry' cardstock

Christmas Card

Palette ink- L'Amore Red and Landscape

I would like to recognize two ladies that entered cards into my monthly card contest (a contest that I offer through my monthly newsletter)

Diana Snead entered this lovely fall card featuring 'Seasonal Scribbles' one of my top three favorite stamp sets.

Mendy Burnett submitted this cute little card with another of my favorite stamp sets, 'Wittle Bug'.

Great cards ladies!! Keep them coming!
